ComplyOn provides AI compliance classification, obligation mapping, and document generation services. The Service processes information about your AI systems to determine applicable regulatory requirements and generate compliance documentation.
ComplyOn is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our Service generates compliance documentation based on published regulatory text and your system data. All generated documents should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before use in any regulatory or commercial context. We make no warranties regarding the legal sufficiency of any generated document.
You are responsible for: providing accurate and complete information about your AI systems; reviewing all generated documentation with qualified legal counsel; maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Documents generated by the Service using your data are owned by you. The Service itself, including its classification engine, document templates, and user interface, remains the intellectual property of ComplyOn.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
